Compressed air is added to the water using oil-free compressors from Dürr Technik. This contact oxidizes iron and manganese, resulting in clean water.
A method for sterilization and disinfection by the addition of Ozone as oxidizing agent. For ozonization, oil-free compressed air supplied by Dürr Technik's compressors is required, and is deployed. During ozonisation, the reactive effect of Ozone causes a very rapid inactivation of bacteria and viruses.
The oil-free compressors from Dürr Technik are also used for actuating cylinders, switching of valves and other pneumatic functions such as pressure compensation.
